HOUSE RULES

Early checkin or checkout are to be requested over message and a fee is applied. No pets allowed inside the pool Pet fee is applied for first 2 pets, max 3 pets allowed, 3 pets will be charged double the fee No parties allowed No turning off camera, we have a flooded camera in the front of the property Only number of people placed on booking request is allowed to stay otherwise charged for each guest not declared per night No glass on the pool area Quite hours 10pm to 7am No turn off wifi No hygiene product to be flushed down the toilet, no other product other then toilet paper. Trash day is Tuesday for green and blue bin garbage, and Friday for green bin garbage. Large green bin is for trash and blue bin for recycle. Bins should go on the side of swale the night before or early morning same day and be placed inside the property before dusk on the day of pickup. Be aware there are pool service or lawn maintenance happening regularly that can happen during your stay as well, please be aware and don't panic if you see contractors performing services.
